Shipping policy

ORDERS MAY TAKE 2-7 DAYS FOR PACKAGING AND PROCESSING BEFORE BEING SHIPPED.
What To Do If:
tracking information shows as delivered but package is not recieved
If after waiting 5 days (in case your package was mixed up with surrounding neighbor's mail) and your package has not yet arrived, email us and we will file a missing package claim with USPS. If still not received, we are only able to re-ship your items if you purchased insurance with your order.
wrong address inputted at checkout
If your order has not been shipped out yet you can email us at shopsterlingem@gmail.com and we will grant you a refund and cancel your existing order so that you can re-order if you wish to. However, if the package has already been shipped and sent to an incorrect address, we will hopefully have the package returned to us, then we will re-ship the item(s) once we receive it however, if the items are not returned to us, we have no further control and are not responsible for them.
confirmation email/tracking information not received
Usually in these cases, a typo may have been inputted when typing in your email address or phone number as a confirmation email should be sent/received right away. If not, contact shopsterlingem@gmail.com with your order number and request to confirm the information provided. 
Some packages may be delayed due to COVID.
