Due to COVID-19 and the custom nature of our products, we are not accepting any returns or exchanges.

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact shopsterlingem@gmail.com immediately if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival due to shipping transportation, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right by either shipping out a new item or granting a refund. However, after 20 days of purchase Sterlingem is not responsible for any item(s) or jewelry that may beak.
