FAQ's

If after waiting 5 days (in case your package was mixed up with surrounding neighbor's mail) and your package has not yet arrived, please file a missing package claim with USPS. Unfortunately if your package has not yet been delivered, we are helpless as we are not responsible for any packages after they have been shipped out on our part. Refunds will not be issued. 

If your order has not been shipped out yet you can email us at shopsterlingem@gmail.com and we will grant you a refund and cancel your existing order so that you can re-order if you wish to. However, if the package has already been shipped and sent to an incorrect address, we will hopefully have the package returned to us, then we will re-ship the item(s) once we receive it however, if the items are not returned to us, we have no further control and are not responsible for them.

Usually in these cases, a typo may have been inputted when typing in your email address or phone number as a confirmation email should be sent/received right away. If not, contact shopsterlingem@gmail.com with your order number and request to confirm the information provided. 

Yes! we ship worldwide!

Any gold filled and stainless steel type of jewelry is more durable than plated metals because the product content is significantly thicker. This means that it is made for everyday wear and withstands water, perfumes/lotions, oils, and sweat! However to take extra precautions especially with .925 sterling silver as it is a softer metal: remove when active, remove before entering water, allow perfumes and lotions to dry before wearing, and store in a clean and closed space. Please keep in mind that: Sterling silver is a mixture of silver and copper which strengthens and makes the metal more durable, so tarnishing is a naturally occurring reaction. All sterling silver will need to be cleaned periodically with silver tarnish removal products.
